Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Home Automation Technical Support Engineer based in Amman. In this role, you will provide technical support for home automation systems, KNX programming, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and offer exceptional customer service. The role will be a mix of both site work and office work.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics).
• 1-4 years of experience in the KNX field in specific programming and commissioning KNX systems.
• Knowledge of the following programs is required (AutoCAD, MS Office and ETS).
• Flexible in interaction with various clients and different scenarios.
• Literate in Arabic and English.
• Preference will be given to individuals with a car (compensation will be accounted for).
• A driving License is required.
