Description

Customer Service Responsibilities:

1) Handle customer complaints and forward them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
2) Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
3) Process customers’ financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
4) Provide clear and detailed information regarding available banking services.

Job Skills

    Education: Must be a university graduate (bachelor’s degree or higher), preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
    Relevant Experience: Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred. Internships, part-time roles, or project-based exposure in banking will be advantageous.
    Technical Skills:
    1) Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
    2) Familiarity with banking software or financial analysis tools
    3) Basic understanding of financial products, services, and regulations
    Language & Communication:
    1) Good command of English (spoken and written)
    2) Strong verbal and written communication skills
    3) Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
