1. Conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis of Iran’s domestic politics, regime structure, social sentiment, economic trends, energy sector, foreign strategy, the Iranian nuclear issue, China-Iran bilateral cooperation, and geopolitical shifts in West Asia and North Africa. Independently undertake specialized research projects, in-depth analytical reports, and articles focused on Iran.
2. Processing of primary sources: Independently handle the collection, translation, compilation, and proofreading of Persian-language primary documents. Leverage Persian language proficiency and expertise in country-specific studies to support tasks such as international academic exchanges, handling foreign-language materials, policy interpretation, and the practical application of research findings; assist in the execution of various specialized research assignments.

1. Proficient in Persian with excellent skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation; capable of reading and accurately translating Persian texts in fields such as politics, diplomacy, economics, and social sciences without difficulty. Familiar with Iran's domestic discourse, cultural context, and specialized terminology; possesses the professional ability to independently compile and translate foreign-language materials.
2. Possesses a solid foundation in systematic country-specific studies on Iran, with comprehensive knowledge of its history, religion, ethnic composition, political system, economic structure, foreign relations, and regional geopolitical environment. Demonstrates strong capabilities in situational assessment, logical analysis, data organization, and the distillation of key issues.
3. Possesses strong writing skills, characterized by a rigorous, standardized style and tight logic; capable of producing academic manuscripts, think-tank reports, and policy analysis content.
4. Prior experience in Iran-focused research at think tanks, research institutes, or universities is preferred; possession of professional Persian language proficiency certification and a track record of published academic papers or research reports are distinct advantages.
