Job Description:

Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the ABA therapist will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorders, or other developmental disabilities. The sessions will focus on teaching communication, self-help, and play skills.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or Occupational Therapy
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Patience and a willingness to learn, and a passion to help children with special needs
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long period of time
• Commitment to learning and developing your personal and professional skills
• Ability to tolerate aggressive behavior and/or problem behaviors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement a treatment plan as written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collect data daily on students' programs
