• We are hiring a highly motivated and articulate Associate Consellor to join our growing advisory team.  , play a critical part in supporting students through every step of their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one academic counselling sessions to align students’ goals with the best-fit universities and programs.
• Provide end-to-end support throughout the application process—university selection, personal statements, document review, visa procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and institutional partners through clear, professional communication.
• Stay informed about global education systems, admission requirements, and relevant deadlines.
• Represent Bridge International at leading education fairs, school visits, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, student-centered approach.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Confident in both in-person and virtual presentations, with a persuasive and clear communication style.
