Orang Hubs dedicated to making Impact Through Creative Arts, Coaching and Lifelong Learning for less privileged communities, - is seeking a passionate, grounded, and visionary

    A Center Coordinator/Manager to lead all its efforts, provide guidance to the technical team, manage administrative requirements and operations, and grow partnerships

The candidates for this position will work on provision of:

  • Creative Arts Therapy programs and workshops (movement, drama, visual arts, music, etc.) in community centers
  • Training the Trainer programs — either leading sessions or recruiting and developing qualified trainers
  • Mentorship and upskilling of women to become local facilitators and project leads
  • Mobile outreach initiatives to expand impact in villages and neighboring towns
  • Needs analysis and response for the communities
  • Partnerships with local and international organizations to ensure sustainable, ethical, high-impact delivery

The applicant will be the coordinator of the existing community center, and has to be able to blend therapeutic expertise with leadership, mentoring, and program design while building trust on the ground.

The applicant qualifications must include:

  1. A graduate in creative arts therapy, psychology, behavioral science, or social work
  2. Fully fluent in both Arabic and English
  3. Skilled in group facilitation, training, or coaching
  4. Experienced (or confident) in building a team and developing other facilitators
  5. Grounded in leadership — firm yet compassionate
  6. Passionate about community well-being, creative expression, and emotional resilience
  7. Organized, visionary, and deeply attuned to cultural context and human dignity
