About the Role:**
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Data Analyst** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
- Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
