Job Summary : The HR Assistant is mainly responsible for the coordination of North-east Syria recruitment related activities (mainly for certain level of positions) from recruitment request to onboarding as well as providing support to hiring managers ensuring effective implementation and compliance of the CO recruitment and selection SoP. This role is required to ensure sufficient archiving of all recruitment files in collaboration with North East Syria HR team. |
