• Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Pharmacist Procurement Specialist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research on suppliers and medical products, managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.
• The Research and Procurement Specialist should be familiar with Internet research and procurement practices and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on suppliers and medical products to identify cost-effective solutions
• Manage procurement processes, from ordering to delivery of goods
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms
• Ensure timely delivery of goods by managing supply chain logistics and communication with suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and report on progress
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on pharmaceuticals, medical products, and disposables
• Strong research skills and experience using online resources for research
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
