المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

زيادة المبيعات من خلال فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم توصيات شخصية للمنتجات

استخدام مهارات البيع القوية لتحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات

تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية، مما يخلق تجربة تسوق مهنية وجذابة

الحفاظ على معرفة المنتج ومواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات في الأثاث والإكسسوارات

إعداد تقارير المبيعات وإدارة المخزون باستخدام Excel

استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين التفاعل مع العملاء وفعالية المبيعات

العمل مع أعضاء الفريق لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة داخل المتجر

المتطلبات الرئيسية:

خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في صناعة التجزئة أو الأثاث

مهارات تواصل قوية، شفهيًا وكتابيًا

إتقان استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي والبرامج مثل أنظمة نقاط البيع، وExcel، وWord

القدرة على التنظيم والتركيز على رضا العملاء

القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة والقيام بعدة مهام في وقت واحد

Sales Associate – Aljadeed Stores

Location: University of Jordan Street, Amman, Jordan

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Aljadeed Stores, a leading furniture and home accessories shop.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing personalized product recommendations
    •    Utilize strong selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets
    •    Provide exceptional customer service, creating an inviting and professional shopping experience
    •    Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on trends in home decor and accessories
    •    Use POS systems to process transactions and maintain accurate records
    •    Prepare sales reports and handle inventory using Excel
    •    Apply AI applications and tools to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness
    •    Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Key Requirements:
    •    Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the retail 
    •    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    •    Proficient in using AI applications and software such as POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word
    •    Highly organized with a focus on customer satisfaction
    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
