Description
We are one of the leading FMCG and Pharmaceuticals distribution companies, and we are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Supervise and mentor the finance team.
Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and corporate governance.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
