 Senior Mobile & Full Stack Developer

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong mobile application development experience to support the development and continued improvement of our digital platforms.

The role will have a strong focus on developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter, while also contributing to backend services, web applications, APIs, integrations, and databases.

The successful candidate should have at least five years of professional software development experience and be comfortable working across mobile and full-stack environments. Experience with PHP, Laravel, or CodeIgniter is considered an advantage.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Mobile and Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
• Develop applications for Android and iOS environments.
• Build mobile applications that support offline use, local data storage, synchronization, notifications, and API connectivity where required.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Develop and maintain web applications using React and other appropriate JavaScript frameworks.
• Integrate mobile and web applications with databases, APIs, and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, synchronization issues, and performance problems.
• Maintain and improve existing applications and codebases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Participate in code reviews and software testing activities.

2. Application and Integration Support

• Develop and maintain REST APIs and system integrations.
• Support data exchange between internal and external systems.
• Assist with database design, queries, and application data management.
• Support application build, release, and deployment activities.
• Investigate production issues and support their resolution.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation.
• Work closely with product, testing, implementation, and technical teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript development experience.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience publishing or supporting production mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

The following would be considered an advantage:

• Experience developing offline-first applications and synchronization workflows.
• PHP development experience.
• Laravel or CodeIgniter experience.
• Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems and APIs.
• Experience working on healthcare, supply chain, logistics, or similar operational systems.
